Whether you use our ‘Bureau Analysis Service’ or opt to purchase / lease our ‘Digital Tachograph Analysis Software’, TDI offers a total solution for all your digital requirements.
TDI has developed a unique user friendly capture and transfer software package for your driver and vehicle downloads which enables you to automatically send your data to us via email or to our secure FTP server.
TDI will then analyse it promptly, add additional working time information if required and then return the results to you within 48 hours. You choose how you receive your reports and which one’s you require.
They can be sent as a pdf to you by e-mail, you can have them posted in hard copy or if you have Disc-Check Viewer Software we can email you your complete data base, giving you access to all the reports, graphics etc.

- We have a support phone number where you can get help if you need it 7 days a week between 8am & 8pm.
Cost Effectiveness:
There are no upfront costs to use TDI bureau analysis - it is operated on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis. The charges vary depending on fleet size and service level requirements.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t require you to sign a contract with us. Watch out for contracts that try to lock you in for 12 months or more. If you don’t like TDI analysis you just stop using it – there are absolutely no financial or contractual penalties.
- We do not use direct debits for payment – we invoice in arrears (after you have seen your data) on a monthly basis on 30-day terms.
- We don’t charge for our telephone support. Other companies use premium-rate phone lines charging upwards of 50 pence per minute (i.e upwards of £30 per hour). Our support line is the standard BT landline rate.
- We do not require you to purchase costly equipment, software or licenses unless you chose to.
