Shanks Waste Management Ltd have used TDI for all of our tachograph analysis and training requirements for many years and although we have from time to time looked at other tachograph companies we have always felt that TDI offer us the best service and value for money.

Our charts are either scanned or downloaded at each depot and they are then sent to TDI automatically via a secure connection to their server.

The analysis is completed and returned to us via E-mail and hard copy usually within 5 working days.

If we have an urgent problem that needs addressing TDI will analyse what we send and return it to us within a few minutes, you can’t ask for more than that!

TDI supplied us with software and download equipment enabling us to analyse our digital and analogue records in-house.

The service is excellent and they are always at the end of a phone, and eager to help and advise.  

We receive regular updates which are invaluable with ever changing legislation.
